Like most people have stated, keep your car.

Pay yourself the 5g's that the other guy wants, and put it into your car. Remember, you know where and what your car has been through. You have no idea about the Saleen.

There is no way I'd make that trade. Saleens are nice but stock for stock that's like going backwards power wise isn't it?

not worth it, your GT would blow its doors off, unless it was an s351 saleen in which case you should be kissing his feet

Ok guys, a guy just aproached me and wants to trade his 98 saleen s281 convertible for my 2002 gt. his has 32,000 mine 31,000 miles. i took it for a test drive and it drove really nice. i have all the bells and whistles on mine except for a supercharger. his is not supercharged. he wants 5,000 and my car for his. what do you guys think??? would it be worth it?? His car is basically stock with leather interior. it kinda felt like it may need a new clutch as there was not alot of room in it. anyway, help a brutha out! thanks!!
He is crazy if he thinks his 98 is worth your car plus 5K. Stick with your 02 and just add the salleen kit if its that important to ya
