Default Noise from right rear

Well yesterday some punk a** ricer in an eclipse cut me off and slammed his brakes (no idea why). This caused me to take a 90 degree turn at 25mph (thats with me slamming brakes from 60), my front tires cleared the curblike entrance into the parking lot, and my left rear was fine, but my rearend slammed down then up and i heard a sharp crack. Now whenever I hit some sort of bump I can feel something hitting the inner body of the car, and I can hear it. Also, whenever I hit the bump it is alot more pronounced. Think I broke my strut? or the tower bracket? I tried moving the strut from under the car, but it doesnt move

rims look good, surprisingly, and im not loosing air

Oh the other note, In NC you can't turn other people in for moving violations, because it is considered a vendetta. Only thing you can call in is a DUI, and the cops come and witness it themselves
