lol haha opps i copied the link but didnt paste. www.mcallisterbrothersracing.com there website isn't up yet but look on ebaymotors they have there engines on there. I'm sure they'll build short blocks.

I have read alot of great things about VT and you might want to look into www.modularpowerhouse.com Tim has done alot of great stuff for the 2V guys.
They stopped selling shortblocks/engines as well.

Looks like he said $8500 for a long block, not a short block. I paid $6200 plus $220 shipping for my DSS long block cause VT quoted a 24 week lead time on one. DSS sent the motor out in 8 days. I'm almost to 7k miles and it keeps getting quicker with 26 mpg hwy. Driving 180 miles a day getting to work and back breaks'em in fast. I can recommend DSS except the free t-shirt doesn't come any larger than XL. I crap bigger than an XL. A few more miles and then dyno tune with posted numbers.

Modular Mustang Racing Has some good stuff, its not outragiously(sp) priced either.

ive got the pro750 which is a built tko500 and the tranny works perfect... from what ive seen of their work, it is very good so far....
