X pipe with stock mufflers?

I just talked to the guy. He says it is a BBK pipe, he doesn't like the sound with his Flowmasters. I think it sounds a little loud, but good. He has shorty headers in his car, but says that the pipe will bolt up to stock headers. I think I read somewhere on here that this is correct(?)
