About hood and bumper I would go with whatever you like. It’s your car, you do whatever you want with it, don’t let other people here chose for you. You like it, go for it. Personally I like the Cobra R hood and bumper, I don’t have one but I have seen it and it looks awesome IMO.

maybe something is wrong on your PC. It works for me. Some people say it doesnt work but it does for the majority.
