Newer Engine swap ?.

I have a 2000 GT and swapped to a 2004 engine and tranny. My RPMs go down slow as hell when I push in the clutch my radiater light is on I have plenty of coolant and now 4 days later my check engine light came on. What didnt I do right or what do I need to do? I have a tune in the car too, before engine swap. I have no pinging or detination.

why not figure out what's wrong with this engine! the code could be something simple, and the radiator light could be on because of a bad sensor, those DO GO BAD
