Default Car is Fed up

Well we have a problem. I drove my car to Richmond and back the other day and it wasnt acting up at all. The next morning when I got in the car to start her up it would crank but would startup like a cammed car does. It jumped from 700-300rpms and would stall. I didnt try driving it. today I tried to start it up again and It would still crank but would stall as soon as the engine turned over. Does anyone have any ideas? Im probably going to get a tow truck over here and let the local automotive place take a look at her.

Beofre you spend some cash for a flat bed and a mechanic to diagnose, take a look at the IAC & TPS. Typical problems these cars have, cheap fixes and usually the culprit....

gas is fine, filter is fine, dunno about fuel filter. Car only has 40k.

I was thinking about cleaning the IAC but I didnt think it would cause my car to not even run

Have you cleaned anything on the motor, like the air filter? Mine kinda acted that way when I forgot to plug in the cable to the MAF... took me about 3 min of driving to pull over and see wtf was going on.. it was bucking and stalling like mad... could be something as easy as that.

Did you put too much oil on the filter? If so it might have gummed up your MAF. Usually, you should use less then recommended. Make sure the MAF isnt gummed up.
