Default Throttle body leak

There is raditator fluid leaking around the throttle body im not sure if it is the seals of the body itself????It is the stock throttle body. Also what is a good rpm for your car to idle at while in park?

Well honestly i doub't there's a problem with the throttle body (it's probably just coming in through the intake somewhere). What i don't get is how the heck coolant is gettin up near the TB. There aren't any coolant hoses near that area of the engine bay. check for the source of the coolant leak first.

Disconnect the 2 coolant hoses to the throttle body and connect them together. That will stop coolant from running through the throttlebody and also cool the air coming into it a bit more.(cool air is good right?) The best thing to do with the pulleys is send them back and buy something else.

yeah i mean where and how much is a puller? If i connect the 2 coolant hoses together that wont harm anything?? I was told it could be the heater core? What is wrong with pulleys? Tell me what i should invest in?

The 2 hoses going through the throttle body on a 5.0 are not the heater core hoses. Shoot whoever told you that. The pulleys are great if you dont want your alternator and water pump to work right. Buy a cold air kit or rocker arms or gears or a radio for christs sake just dont buy the pulleys.

there's an issue of 5.0 mag. that has an article called heads or tails. they discussed what would be better, to either build a n/a motor, or to put like two mods on it, and slap a vortech on it. in this discussion, they had a few choice things about pulleys and their power gain. if your worried about alt. and water pump, then just spend a few bucks more upgrading them. you'll have to eventually anyway. keep in mind, that this is just a personal opinion, i'm not trying to push this on everyone. curently i'm using pulleys with a bigger alt. and a stock pump. i'll let you guys know if i encounter anything bad
