Anyone use Sumitomo tires?

RE: Anyone use Sumitomo tires?
I have 245s all around (stock wheels ), and i just got my first new set of tires when my car hit like 17k. I didnt really like the stock tires, and Tire Man said that Sumitomo's worked just as well, so i gave them a try. I have the HTR +'s, and i cant really complain much about them. My car is a Daily Driver, but i do plan on getting some bigger wheels/tires in the future, and the Sumitomos work fine for me... someone said they can last 35000 miles if you need them too.

I bought my car used and the previous owner had put the HTRZ II's on. Somewhere along the lines, possibly due to my habit of smoking the tires up every chance I got, the belts started fraying on the rear tires which caused a nice little dip in the center of the tire. This of course meant that I couldn't get traction for sh*t because of less contact area. But I went with them again when I replaced the tires, and I haven't had a bit of trouble out of them yet.

I've got HTRZ II's ... The tires are great for the money, but the tread life leaves a little to be desired. They are comparable to the stock gatorbacks in terms of treadlife, but not the best i've seen/had. It really depends on the application as to whether they are the best bang for the buck. If your looking to replace your stock tires with the same size, go with a BFG G-force Sport - if your going up in size (265-285ish), the HTRZ II's are hard to beat.
