Sonic03Cobra

i have a predator tuner and i pulled the orignal tune off my car and was lookin at stuff and went to put it back on and it didnt work and told me to unplug it and try again.. and i gat a screen that says " the last tune attempt did not finish. restore the orignal tune?" and i pressed yes.. and i went through all the steps. and it gives me a screen that says "unable to restore the origanal tune.. i tryed to unhook the tuner for 30 mins.. i tryed dissconecting the battery.. i put a new battery in.. i saw in the options menue you can do a force back to normal i guess but you have to be a dealer and have the pass word.. i tryed there website and call there lines no luck.. if any one ca help it would be great.. and this is all on a 03 cobra..
