If you plan on doing any other performance modifications to the car, get the tuner. You will need it in the long run anyways. Just make sure you get the one for a 2005+ V6 mustang.

gears are WAY better than nitrous... at least for a bang for your buck

with gears, they do not run the risk of making your engine explode, but provide a great performance boost

and i would appreciate it alot if my engine didnt blow up! so i'll just stick to gears and earning for a supercharger

The only people that blow up their cars are the dummies that don't install it properly and/or try to run too much of a shot... Same goes for super/turbo chargers, people try to run too much boost.

so what would the best gears be for the 2005 v6 mustangs? someonen told me 4.10's i think thats what it was....what do the rest of u suggest?

to get gears and a tuner would be about hte same cost as nitrous so 4.10s and a tuner vs a mustnag with nitrous is no race at all. so best bang for your buck would be nitrous
