yeah, just tapping the gas you get a nice kick with the new ones

i believe they have variable valve timing too so you get good low end and top end performance
All the 4v's have that as well.. the secondary valves are shut off untill 3500rpms, basicaly on a butterfly switch type setup.. at 3200 they open so it flows more.. its why the torque is absolutely flat untill a little after that.. my car's torqe is like 250lbs in a flat line till my secondary's open.. lol.
