Whats a safe amount to lower your car with out bottoming out all the time?

I'm still playing around with the ride height. I don't know the lowest. I don't drive it really real low. The front air dam will scrape way too much as will the mufflers since they both sit lowest. I use the automatic ride height feature that I set. Basically I set the front and rear bags to a certain height, and when I turn on the vehicle ignition or start it, (if it's lowered to the ground) it'll automatically raise up to the preset height. It's pretty nice.

Like I said I'll post some pictures when I get it out this weekend.
