STEEDA TRIAX
Pros: very firm shiftpoints (keeps firmness intact), racer kinda feel, spring mechanism helps u hit 3rd gear like knife thru butter
Cons: notchy, noisy, some heat transmission to the shifter

MGW (resembles the stock shifter but just shorter)
Pros: 360 degree handle tilt feature, quiet, shorter than tri-ax by a margin, shifts without the notchyness involed
Cons: loses firmness as time goes by, still noisier than the stock but quiet compared to triax

I had the Tri-ax. It was nice, I liked it for the time being but with all the hype that was coming around with the whole mgw thing, I figured I would try it. It was a world of difference. I like how the MGW has the 360 degreel Angleing it closer to the driver is so much nicer, plus to get it into fifth, you dont have to reach across the dash for it.
