Default Whatcha think

You like or no? I am thinking of doing these stripes in dark shadow gray.

My personal opinion is I think it takes away from the overall car. I believe all you keep focusing on is the stripes. IMO

On that car...no way. Too much gold. Looks like they're about to go collect money from their ho's. But on your car, in shadow gray, I think it would definately work.

IMO i don't really dont like them. I am more into the plain ole 8 inch bumper to bumper style. But hey if you think it will look good i say go for it...
Didn't you say you were going to put a cowl hood on your car? That could completely change the look of the stripes?

That striping pattern is stolen from the late '60's, early '70's Boss Mustangs. The bottom most area of the striping on the sides would normally have some sort of graphic such as "BOSS" or an engine size. I think the newer body style lends itself more to the racing stripe format such as seen on the new Shelby GT 500. One of the nicest, most understated Mustangs I have seen in quite some time was a dark, charcoal metallic with two shades lighter dark silver racing stripes. The stripes kind of blended in just a little so they didn't scream out at you. Nice, clean looking car.

I like it, since it's sort of reminiscient of the old Boss Mustangs, and I'd definitely pool your car together w/ the likes of them....

Although I'd probably go w/ a slightly lighter shade of what I believe you're using...

I like it on a different color car like yours. But it needs to be two different colors, unlike that two shades of gold that it has. JMO tho I wouldn't do it to mine.
