Okay, I'll bite. Beside a little weight, why is this better than advancing the timing with a tuner or timing adjuster? I'm asking cuz I just don't know, fellas.
with a hand held tuner you advance ignition timing. With adjustable cam gears you advance and retard the cam timing. If you advance it gives it more on the low end but takes alittle away from the top end. And if you retard cam timing its just opposite.

the cam sprocket is what makes it adjustable. you loosen a couple of bolts and rotate the cam clockwise or counter-clockwise a few degrees, usually no more then + or - 4 degrees but you can go to 6 but i wouldnt recomend that much.
yeah i wonder if you just have to take the valve cover off to adjust them. It would be a bitch if you had to remove the timimg cover. Damn you have to pull the cover off. Well thats gonna make these cams a bitch to tune.
