i bleeve so my steeda has the same quadrant hook up as stock and the end that goes to the tranny i a stud with two bolts(thats wear you adjust the cable) one bolt to hold in place on back of fork and other to tighten other side of fork hope it helped

thats weird i had a UPR one too and it did the exact same thing, i put a steeda cable on it after that and it made the pedal alot easier/smoother to push in good luck

Me and you are the same.. When I do something to my car and it doesn't seem to be right I feel the need to fix it right away.. Even if its 12 AM.. I can't just wait till the morning and do it like a normal person..

thank god i got the steeda cable and quadrant ready to go if. not meaning to hijack, but how long did it take you to do the cable and quadrant monkeydude?

ummm it took me about 2 hours all said and done. It was hot out that day, my g/f was over and the instructions were ****. I had to figure everything out myself... not that bad of an install tho, pretty straight forward


As for UPR... I can speak well of them. Just got of the phone with the customer support and i was on the phone 2 1/2 minutes and they are sending me a new cable right away. He told me the reason the cable would snap is sometimes on the tripple hook quadrant the edges where the cable run are machined sharp and I should sand them down to be smooth...

had I known this prior to the install I would not have had the problem.

But I'm pleased, they are sending a new one and don't even need the old one back. I mean, come on, not even 1000 miles on it
