Default tires or gears?

aight, i just had my grad party and im only allowed to spend a few hundred on my car, i was talking to my dad and since i need new tires he said he'll buy the tires for my grad present, should i get new rims since im replacing the tires, or should i get gears and get 275's, reason i was thinkin of rims was traction issure, i really like the 17x9/10.5 fr500s

I would go with the gears. You shouldn't really be having many traction issues with your mods listed. Gears will really wake up your car.

I'd get gears.

but I also refuse to spend any money on appearance mods, so I would've voted for anything performance over rims.

Don't most of you have 355 gears like I do (03 Mach) from the factory? If you want to have performance plus going a little easy at the gas pump, why would you need 410's?
