If you get everything fixed, I think you can go to the DMV and have them issue you a clean title. But you probably have to show proof that everything was fixed.

hmm. That is what I was wondering, I hope we can do that in this state. Cause If I don't like the car in the winter I would need to sell it. Also, Some other people I know have them and they put 400lbs sandbags in the back and that just gave them decent traction...

I have a big box with only 10's in it. I have 2. It fit is pretty tight, but there may be enough room to squeeze your box in. DO you have any dimensions?
That's with the speakers pushed all the way to the front. When I push them all the way to the seat I have about 10" to play with from the box to the end of my trunk.

Having a rebuilt title aint that bad, just find out exactly what was wrong and what/how it was fixed. If you are satisfied with the answers you'll get then great. I bought a Clean Titled 04 V6. The factory exhaust fell off and FORD didn't warrant their work, so just b/c I have a clean title doesnt mean my car wont have problems. If what made the title a "rebuilt" title is fixed then your good. Just try to get you uncle to help you out if something does go wrong. Good Luck
