I did the grille delete and chin spoiler about 6 months ago. I attached the black trim piece to the bumper using Velcro industrial strength stuff. I did three strips about three inches long. The adhesive on the Velcro sticks like mad, and it has just the right thickness when the two pieces are joined. First, gently clean the surfaces with Simple Green or 3M Wax Remover. I read somewhere that if you pull the headlights, you can access the areas more easily to install the those speed nut things.

for those screws i toop them out of the stock grill. look on the stock grill there should be some screws in it, they are the right size. thats what i used
