i got mine off ebay. svt focus pump fits 98-04 gts. plus it will be fine if you ever really start to upgrade and go with bigger injectors with f/i or soemthing.

No, my pump is for an '04 SVT Focus and I have an '01 GT.

Do you have a Ford OEM part number for the SVT Focus Pump? I am going with that pump.
