03 cobra 10.5 wheels?

Default 03 cobra 10.5 wheels?
ok so i have a 03 cobra and i want some 17X10.5 wheels in the back and i was wondering what all mods you have to do to get them to fit? i have heard that you need a new irs bolt or shave the one thats there is there any thing else i would need to do so the will fit and not hit when the suspension is extended? thanks
