Default Why didnt they...

Why didnt MGW make there shifter with the stops installed where it needs to be? it seems like it would make it easier on everybody to just order them with the stops either welded in or already installed where it should be... i know its not a big deal to do it yourself i just had trouble with it myself.... anyone know why they dont do that in the first place?

so you can adjust the stops if need be. and its not hard to screw in a few bolts

its not that difficult if u got the old shifter off and new gasket on i think u can take 15 more minutes to make it perfict for ur car and preferance.
