Default RE: My new CAI

the car responds better with the cai than my previous setup which was an oem k&n in the stock airbox. I did the bbk because I wanted chrome and so far all bbk stuff I have used have performed flawlessly. it was a little pricier than most, but I am happy with it. I haven't noticed it getting any hotter than the plastic stock intake, and by the way the thing is frickin heavy duty. by that I mean it isn't sheet metal but very well put together. you can very noticeably hear the air getting sucked into the intake. Sounds almost like a little mini jet engine. I also did an adjustable at the fire wall clutch with a metal quadrant. if you look close at the pic you may be able to see it. Seems everyone sees the kb and that's it. haha Thanks for the compliments, more mods to come.
