yeah when i hit 40 mph after i floor it..all the torque kicks in and i hear like a squeek when it shifts..anyone know what that is ??

T/O bearings are not covered on warranties. My car makes the same noise and it only has 16k miles. It is most likely your T/O bearing. I am replacing it with a centerforce piece ($35 online).
