40th Annv. Emblem missing?

Hello all, I Have 2004 GT an I have noticed that some Mustangs have a "40th Annversary Edition" emblem near the trac off and fog light buttons, but some (like mine) doesnt. Are those emblems supposed to be standard on all 2004s ?

Im just curious, and where could i find one?

yeah, not all were actually 40th Anniversary Edition Mustangs although all included the 40th anniversary edition badge. The only exception was the Cobra if im not mistaken. Ford introduced a 40th Anniversary edition package as an extra option for the 04's. I believe it was around $895 which included billet interior accents, including the 40th anniversary billet plate below the traction control switch you are talking about, color matched fold in mirrors, Arizona Beige Stripes and Rims. They were only made in Oxford White, Black, and Crimson Red. Around 5,400 40th Anniversary packages were produced.....hope that helps

Well that's heartbreaking. Haha, not really. But it sounds like I'm going to be taking off those badges now since they don't mean anything.
