What should I be running?

What should I be running?
What should I be running with this combo...I am trying to find where the problem lies....
PI lower intake swap with adapter plates
Steeda 70mm throttle body and ported upper plenum
C&L intake tube
Steeda upper intake spacer
only thing I have done to the exhaust is glasspacks. It still has the stock 6 cat h-pipe.
Last year I was running on 7 cylinders (kept blowing the plug) and running anywhere between 15.9 and 16.4. This past winter fixed the problem and replaced all spark plugs with Bosch Platinums.
I did not have any of the above mentioned mods done, until after the winter. Now with all the mods I am still running the same times.
Anyone got any ideas on what to check or what the problem might be?

RE: What should I be running?
What year is your car and what is the milage? Based only upon what you listed, you have not really made improvements to the car. For example, the mufflers gave you better sound, but you still have a very restrictive exhaust. HP gain: 0
The larger tb/plenum/spacer are okay, but with that exhaust, your gains are VERY limited. HP gain: 3-5
I'm not sure about the PI lower intake, but I doubt it gave you anything.
If you're certain that all 8 cylinders are firing now, I don't know what to tell you. I will tell you this, if you want to drop that time you'll need to spend some $$$.
Gears or exhaust should be your next upgrade. At least 3.73 on the gears, but most will say 4.10. Get a new mid pipe and cat back. Catted mid pipes flow almost as well as off road versions if emissions are an issue.
If you go gears first, get the SCT or diablo tuner. Short of a blower, gears, tuner, and exhaust will put smiles on your face enough to make your face hurt.

I hope you have a 96-98 GT if you did that intake (and hopefully heads along with it) swap.
