I like the MAC.. I think that 'S' tube is fine for feeding it out into the fender.. Easy flowing and not sucking the engine bay hot air..

MAC FTW IMO..
Try Servicing it, then lets see if its for the win

You have a point there, removing the filter sucks, I had the MAC that went to the bottom of the fenderwell and to remove it, I had to pull it from underneath the fender. My car was the worlds most expensive wet vac during all of that rain up here in the Northeast also, so I went with that airbox setup and stays dry and still draws cold air.
