Not sure I heard the noise you referred to. It almost sounds like your 4.6 is a diesel in the video. Sorry, but I can't help on this one.

If I hear it correctly, it sounds like you have ZERO oil pressure in your top end... That's why your Hydraulic lash adjusters are making that constant rapping sound...

I'm sure you checked your oil level, but have you checked your ACTUAL pressure??

This would have been great to know in the first place...

Did you make sure the chain was the correct tension?? Did you replace the sliders??

Did you put a good enough seal around the front case?? What about the Cam Gears, or the crank gear, were they in good condition??

It could be that tensioner/guides are no good..

In fact, I hate to say it though, it's time to tear it down.. You really don't wanna be messing w/ the timing area of these engines; they are Interferent...

Interferent = Pistons and Valves overlap, causing some INTERFERENCE between the 2... I like to call it breakage...

What I mean is, maybe the tensioner isn't tightened enough, or the guides, or maybe a link broke on the chain..

I don't know anymore than you do at this point.. I'd say its time to take the front case off and see what's going on....
