going around corners and the traction lock disengages, so that's why around turns if you floor it you get a one tire fire... but straight line you should get both... mine does it with 113,000 on the clock gonna rebuild it soon too

Consider yourself lucky. If BOTH rear wheels spun while you were going around a corner, the whole car would wind up spinning out.
