i had a 97 yukon with cold air and being the dumb d|ck that i was i sprayed the actual filter and got water in the intake. by truck would barely start and ran like i had dumped giraffe **** in it. Once I let it dry out it ran like a beast. i dunno if that's your problem but if you have cold air it's pretty easy to get even slight water in it and **** it up. just give it time and let it dry. that's my 2 cents!

I assume this car hasn't thrown an idiot light or any codes... cuz that's a great (and maybe the only) place to start to see if you killed any sensors and ****.

Thats what is pissing me off it is not throwing any codes. Anyway I put my new plugs and wires on today and no change. I'm starting to think I might have messed up the EGR system. Does anyone know an easy way to test the system?
