I have a 00 gt and on my last tune up i noticed the same thing. same spark plug.

If coolant is in the cylinders then shoot yourself... because you've just washed your cylinders down...Id say head gasket is gone...

Nope, no coolant in the oil... I hope it's not any of the above, however it looks apparent...[&o]
