how much gas milage am i going to loose with 3.73?

yeh and im 17 and have 10 dollars in the bank (which i cant get out because i can only withdraw in increments of 20 :(

go to the mall and cifier(however you spell it) gas...hit up the nice cars and get you some 93...

haha nice replies. if you start in second and drive the car like normal, sometimes you see an increase in MPG, but your going to lose anywhere between 1-3 MPG on the highway

If you have a stick, you will actually see in increase in city driving since you will spend more time in 4th and 5th insted of 3rd and 4th respectivly. If you have an auto it dosen't really matter since the comp takes care of the shift work anyway. On either MPG will go down on the highway since you are turning a higher RPM. I had 3.73s on my old six banger and I found that it turned the same RPM at 60 as it used to at 70, so I just slowed down a lil! [sm=roll.gif]

if you drive it right... you wont loose any. i only lost a little with my 4.10's.

you will loose anywhere from .5-1 mpg, if you go with 4.10s 1-2 mpg, 4.30s 2-4 mpg
