RE: what power should this car have?
flowmaster weld in mufflers (why do people do this? The gains are minimal, as the stock pipes suck, too): 5 hp
offroad H pipe: (with the stock cat back, the improvement is limited) 5 hp
BBK CAI: 3 hp
kenne bell 6 lb supercharger non intercooled: 100 hp (according to KB website)
305 + 113 = 418 fwhp
416 x .85 = 355 rwhp

With 8 psi, he really needs to cool it. He's killing his power with the heat he's generating, but the tune could be part of problem.
I looked at the KB website for more info. I underestimated the power of the 6 psi on that car. He should be OVER 450 at the crank with just 6 psi. At 8 psi, 475, maybe more. We're talking 380-400 rwhp. Yeah, should be faster than that.

I don't know what you did to calculate it bud, but lets crank some numbers out.
6 psi, just taking into account the pressure, he should be making 430 at the crank. That's 305*20.7/14.7. Heat taken into account, should be around 415-425 at the crank. For 8 psi its 471 by that method. So drop that to 450-460 because of the heat. ~380-400 rwhp when taking into account the O/R pipe and CAI (CAIs do something when you boost it afterall).
And then, take into account for some loss due to the belt drive and you've dropped to around 360-380.

yea, they actually told him they dont make a intercooler setup for his car.... but i was thinking, cant he put a eaton heat exchanger in his car and will it fit in the blower?
