ok here is the deal, my motor was sludged up and froze the timing tensioners, well when i went to take the timing apart when i let the passenger side tensioner off it spun the cam just a little, i didnt know i was supposed to a clamp to keep the cams from moving, anyways in order to get the cam ined back up i had to move it, could i have possibly hurt the valves by doing this also is there any possible way that i could mess up the timing even tho all the timing notches match up, i just dont want to put it all back together and have the timing off

Just spinning the cam in place won't hurt the valvetrain. It isn't like you hooked it up to a drill and went for some high rpm's.[sm=badidea.gif]

If you lined everything back up to where it should be, you should be just fine.

well i have all the markings set, there isnt any way to screw that up right?
