same here, hans around 1200-1100, its pretty normal.

had the same prob. IAC is fine, TPS is fine, EGR was eliminated years ago, never found a vac leak, all intake connections after the MAF were leak-free, reset the computer 1000 times, etc etc. i probably spent ~120 hours trying to find the RIGHT solution to this.

my finding: there isn't one.

there's a tsb out for machs, saying the problem is a wire harness coming off the backside of the transmission. bad wire or something. if the trans is the same in GT's, i suppose it could be the same problem. i changed my plugs and fixed a few exhaust leaks, reset the computer, and now it doesnt hang bad at all. no CLUE what did it. at any rpm/speed now, if i hit the clutch, it drops to 1500 and stays there until i come to a complete stop, and then it drops immediately. i can live with that. sure beats the 2200+ that it'd idle at before!
