*HELP* CHOOSE MY TUNER *ASAP*!!

RE: *HELP* CHOOSE MY TUNER *ASAP*!!
Just bought the car last month and don't know of any shops that are Mustang specialists. That is what makes deceiding what parts to buy and which to stay away from difficult right now but as I read more and more I will learn. Take UDP's. Took me asking a question to find out what they were and then to avoid piggybacks. I chose the Predator that has 3 tunes based upon octane of the fuel used since my mods will be minimal. Thanks all. mark
I am scheduled for next week for the install so I will post the results.

It's your choice though. That ****hole needs to be shut down.
I have the SCT II tuner. Like others said, it's probably best to go with what your local shop is using and make sure they're really knowledgeable with the tuner.

GTowner4life that is another thing about being 53. When I bought my AWD Talon I had to learn what "sick" meant. You "slap" your music and I "play" mine. Get the UDP's and if necessary cut back on something else when slapping unless you have a pair of those 15" powered sub-woofers and some of that Fast-n-Furious product! Just kidding man, I'm sure the alternator will handle it unless you have the AC cranking with it all.
By the way is your roush the stage 1 that I believe is still 260HP or does it have more HP than that? I met a guy yestarday with a '94 and the salesguy said it had 330HP and then he found out it had 260HP and just had a $10K. body kit!
Nice looking car you have there 260 or not! mark

291 crank HP with a catback and CAI makes sense. About 12HP for the CAI and 19HP for the catback.
What does O/R stand for? I guess it is a mid pipe without cats but the lettering is what I don't understand! I emailed Motive Gear to get their take on the many guys who have bad luck with their gearsets as that is what comes with the deal I bought. 4.10's(Motive Gear) and the Diablosport. Diablosport's website claims 15-20 WHP which would be about 18-24 crank HP given an 18% driveline loss. My AWD Turbo Talon had a best of 11.68 with a 1.68 60 ft. and 120 traps with the best being 122mph with a 5-speed. Crazy power from 122 cubic inches. I want the Mustang to be a civilized ride with bolt on's only. Not even cams unless it's a simple job like it was on the Talon.
I am interseted in balanced ride with handling improved also and looks. That brings me to wheels and tires. i have read that This will fit 17"x9" up front with 275/40-17's and 17"x10.5" in back with 315/35-17's, pretty wild !!
The there is a tire that sells for around $400. a set to match these soizes which I see mentioned around the forums.
My chopice for Chrome wheels seems to be Bullitts or possibly the 500's but I am not sure if they come chromed in the sizes I listed. Also not sure how they would look on the '99-'04 body style. Thoughts on wheels guys?
I like the Cobra R's but the only place I have seen them in the 10.5" rears is on eBay which is not a better price than what stage3 sells wheels for. However Stage3 cannot get Cobra R's 10.5". Sorry to get this thread off track but you are a good group of guys so I thought I would keep it going with the rest of the mods I am considering.
Curious, does the tuner and 4.10's add a decent amount of acceleration? Problems with hooking up with the 4.10's or 3.93's if that is what you have?
My automatic has the stock stall which I was told is about 1800rpm, not performance stall by any means but the gears should help overcome that and if I am on streets I may need the wide rubber. Mark
