i have 98 gt with 71000 miles. can i put on a super charger with that many miles?

sure you can. is the engine in good condition? 71k isn't that much at all if its been well taken care of, i wouldn't try and put 10lbs of boost on it, but 6-8 should work quite well for ya.

how much horsepower do i gain between these 2? with my mods? i have heard to go with an aftercooler also?

aftercooler isnt necesarry with 8 psi, but it would only help. without PI heads, i dont know how much gain you would get.
