Default What about 3.90 gears?

Ive read alot here in the forums about 3.73s and 4.10s havent heard much about 3.90s though..........whats everyones thoughts on those gears?

they are right in the middle? so i guess if you cant decide, go with those? I would just get 4.10's not a big difference.

I have wandered why nobody ever mentions them. I even asked once but with no reply. I am personally going to get 4.10's, but 3.90's aren't a bad choice. If you are hesitant to get 4.10's, but want more than 3.73's, then 3.90's seem logical.

the reason i want 3.90s is you can go up to 120+ in forth, where the 4.10s you can only go 111 in forth. this would be no good for me, alot of the racing i do ends up at 120 or so.

hey i am just north of you in delray beach. i know what you mean, all these turbo cars around here with their high speed roll racing. these midwest guys just dont get it....

Finally! Somebody on mustang forums understands that we need more top end than 4.10's.
I could understand why they like them because they all go to the track. But I went to moroso once and I hated it, they didnt prep the track and the later it got the more dew there was on the track. I can see why so many people in south florida like to street race because there is nowhere else to do it.
