Default Slow to low idle.....

I just replaced out my TB and plenum and all went well...the TP sensor was a hoot to get off [:@] Every thing is great with the exception
that there seems to be a lag before it idles down all the way...I'm not sure how to explain it other than foot off the gas it idles down to about 900rmp
then about 2 seconds later it idles down to about 750rpm...which i believe is where it should be. Is this normal?

doesn't matter, it's your preference!

The only reason it takes so long is because of emission control... you get a small amount of unburned fuel in the exhaust if the idle drop quickly.
