Motor swap GT

Does anyone know if a Cobra R engine would fit in a 2003 GT?

don't see why it wouldn't. what kinda cobra R?

it's a 5.4L DOHC... sooo it's got the outer dimensions of a regular 4.6L DOHC cobra motor with a longer stroke

should work

It will physically fit. It's a heck of a lot of work and involves much more than just swapping motors and it is very expensive to do. You'd be better off to save for the "R" code. JMO

Yea there is a lot more work involved besides just swapping the motors, I know that. Most people say the time and money spent to convert everything is not worth it in the long run.
