i have a steeda, it was pretty notchy at first and either i have gotten used to it or it is smoother now, have to put some treadlocker or some lock washers as the handle keeps coming loose and i have to try to screw it back tight thru the shift boot [&:]

I would go with Steeda Tri-ax i love mine..
Have had that happen to me once... but its fixed now with a little threadlocker
