OK, hopefully this will help with paople not asking the same questions over and over again. Today on HorsePower TV, they did a '92 5.0 build up. I know this is a 4.6 forum but the numbers wont be too much different. First they added a new ignition, 8.8 wires, coil and distributor. That added about 4 hp. Next they added an egr plate, 70mm tb and C&L intake tube used with the stock air box with a K&N. That added about 9 HP. Next they added BBK shorty headers, bbk catted x pipe, and flowmaster thunders and that added about 15 HP. Finally they put in a set of UDP's. That added about 5 hp. Finally they advanced the timing a few degrees to just add a couple more ponies. Hopefully this will clear up any mystery about how much hp each bolt-on will add.
