i don't think it is possible to beat the average
crotch rocket with your stang (in general)
the only way to beat a motorcycle is at top speed cause
most riders don't want to die and will slow down when the
front end starts shakin around 120ish

Every single person I know that has a bike races way past 120. They all have taken their bike to top speed. If they have a crotch rocket then they shouldnt be afraid, thats what gets u killed along with being stupid. Then again, going 170 on a bike is stupid.

dam, so basicly i need my stang to be heavily modded to beat one? i ask this cuz i got a guy at work that always says he wants to race, but i am not stupid and just say no, so i just playin with some ideas...

your best of luck is to race them for a dig, and the first to the 60' mark wins. They seem to take off slower than anything at the track. 1/8 theres more of a chance than the 1/4.

to beat a 1000 your going to need a lot more than 500. If this race is on the street then your going to have a bigger challange, since its not 1/4 mile those bikes will just keep going and they dont stop pulling whereas a car will start to loose some pull up top.

500 hp and you might crawl past a 600cc bike from a roll not a dig though, but you wont touch a liter bike without one of those super turbo supras or a TT viper. I had a ZX10, and I could spank my buddies whipple cobra in any kind of race....roll or dig. He was dynoing like 525hp at the wheels. You have a shot with a pullied/tuned cobra, but not with a GT unless you drop some serious coin.
