that freaking sucks. This happened to us putting an intake spacer on my friends mach 1. Good luck getting it out. Also the sell the bolts at ace hardware and they are much stronger then stock ones.
like he said, the bottom of the bolt was sticking under the intake so it was a clean break so i just stuck my hand under the intake and unscrewed the rest of the bolt, but if you do get it out get new stainless bolts and washers there alot stronger but make sure you have the right metric thread!!!!

not much you can do if that bugger is cross threaded and in there, drill it
