window tints

im probably going to be getting window tints this weekend. the legal limit here in CT is 35% so im just going to go with that because i cant afford to get a ticket then have to pay for it to be done again. now i was just wondering if anyone had 35% tints and what you think about them. also if you have any pictures of 35% tints that would be great. thanks in advance.

if ur gettin 35% all around, it wont be bad, i have friends with 20% on the windshield and the only time they couldnt see very well was when it was rainging. but with only 35% you should be fine. or you could get a darker stip up top say 20% and have it brought down low.

I always thought that tint on your windshield was illegal. Not the strip of course but the whole thing? I live in FL and the only time I have ever heard of anyone getting a ticket for tint being too dark is when a.) the person is being an ass hole and the cop cant find anything else to write a ticket on, b.) they had reflective tint to the point where it was a straight mirror finish and cops dont like getting blinded while they are driving. But this is in FL and you are in CT.
