Default O/R mid pipe question

Do all O/R mid pipes sound like they are a boat or have a leak at low rpms like starting in first or up shifting at a low rpms?

I have a MAC o/r H and a Stinger (Borla) catback...

at really really low rpms,, if i give it some gas,,, i get a whooshing sound...

i think its just the sound you get..i never really tried with my stock exhaust that i can remember, but i dont think it's caused by a leak...

I had two exhaust leaks. i fixed them and it sounds amazing. How would I know if I had a leak around the headers?
