What heads and what cams?

What heads and what cams?
What kind of gains can be expected with new heads that have been ported and polished? Is it necessary to install new cams at the same time? If so what companies give the best gain for the dollar? Heads are new to me and something that i do not know a great deal about. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Also, what is the benefit of a set of new heads? Thanks and sorry for so many questions in one!

Since it looks like you have most of the bolt ons, you could benefit from a p&p and cams. I'm not sure how much however. The 4.6 don't respond as well as the old pushrods. For the price, you will be better off looking into power adders, unless your set on staying N/A.
