Default Timing adjusters???

Alright, Im about to get a Steeda timing adjuster put on and im wondering if it will cause any detonation if it is done wrong. Can someone give me a better idea about detonation and how it all works so I will know what im talking about when I go to get it installed. Thanks a lot!

it will cause detonation if done wrong. you'll have to run premium fuel, i'm sure the steeda manual will lay it all out for you (how much timing you could safley add). if you do it right, and run 91+ octane, you'll have no problems. give steeda a call, i'm sure they'll be happy to answer all of your questions.

you might have a problem if you have underdrive pullies in the summer since the car will be running hotter.
