A/C still not working??? HELP?

A/C still not working??? HELP?
My A/C, still not working? I added freon and the gauge says full, I checked it today and it still reads full. My compressor clutch will engage and disengage, it does that over and over? What else can I check or test. I Dont want to bring it to a shop yet and spend big bucks...
